  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
